Review on Bach Flower Remedy set purchased from Skylark Books.
The parcel was ordered from the U.K. and sent to Australia. It arrived in less than 5 days. It was well packed and all items were safe and completely intact.
The remedies came in two sealed cardboard boxes, however, the remedies themselves weren't sealed. This might be a concern for those who have had negative experiences with unsealed items.
Future ones I ordered happened to all be individually sealed.
The best before date is 2015, giving a good ten years life and no doubt beyond that.
An organic brandy is used as a preservative.
The wooden box is nicely finished on the outside, however, it's a little rough on the inside. I was hoping for some kind of flower remedy logo to be embossed on the lid but it's just plain. Also, the inside of the lid has just a loose piece of paper with all the names of the remedies on it. However, there is the advantage that this can easily be photocopied onto a nice piece of cardboard and replaced as needed.
I took one of the remedies, olive, as I was feeling completely exhausted and found it was extremely strong. In my experience, the stronger the tingling, the more you need the remedy and these ones tingle to the point of almost being painful. I consider this a measure of their potency.
Using them was the real test and I found they worked as well, or possibly better than the label brand.
